Just kidding - I agree, I can just picture the reaction and thought process of some Islamic fundamentalist or Pat Robertson seeing these things.

 

Maybe that is the answer. Or the fact that most parents (especially those around here) wouldn't let there kid own much less wear some of that stuff.

When I was in high school and we went to dances all we worried about was whose hair was the highest not how short our shorts were and who were we gonna grind with.

Can we say this dance seems to point in the direction of teen pregnancy???

 

Ok, i know i am showing my age, but OMG:shock: Is grinding your bottom into the person behind you really what these kids consider dancing? Also, the middle of the winter and they are wearing clothes meant for July heat? i am sorry but where are the parents of these kids, do they not have any clue what their kids are doing?

Just from the outside looking in, it looks like the majority of the girls in those pictures are advertising for the next hookup.

 

If I had worn something half that risque, my mother would have beat me within an inch of my life!! Unreal!

I wasn't allowed out of the house showing my tushy, belly, or chest. My mom/grandmother had a lot of friends throughout the town so I couldn't get away with dressing one way at home and then changing clothes at my destination.

As witnessed by my wife on a recent school field trip.... those aren't the clothes they wear out of the house. Those are the clothes they change into when mommy and daddy are no longer in viewing range.

Usually, though, a dance that suggestive will run us guys $30-$50 at a local gentleman's club. So these guys are lucking out, while the girls are missing out on tuition money.

 

I was just wondering if any of you parents have actually checked out this "teen club" yet? Would be cool to go in and peep at the "club".

 

That would be my question. I dont have any children old enough to go to this kind of event, but has there been any parents that have actually went in to check out what was going on? My oldest is 9 and I would not just drop them off somewhere without knowing what it was.
We can critcize it, but until parents of those that go care enough to put a foot down then it will just get bigger. I dont agree with it and my child will never set foot in that kind of environment. At least not while they live under my roof.
