Becky Withrow was "Nifonged"?

Of course, she is innocent. As we all are, until found guilty by a jury of our peers.

And, unfortuantely, she is damned by most of the community because of the allegations, which apparently are unfounded.

What was the status of the carpet that was removed from her classroom for testing, as I've heard that there was no evidence of "activity".

So, where is this case? What happened to a speedy trial and the ideal of Justice?

I am not judge or jury, but I honestly think the public should be kept aware. If she is innocent then the people who made the accuation should not go unpunished. I also believe that anyone who hurts a child in any way should be made to suffer. This is only my opinion.

I think Nifong is going down in the Duke case. The Smoking Gun has a copy of the State Bar's complaint against him. It ain't looking too good for him. I hope he loses his law license over this. If you go read that report, it is quite obvious that Nifong intentionally withheld evidence he knew would prove them innocent. He is a liar and a crook and the people of Durham fell for his lies when they re-elected him. It just burns me up.

 

Interesting choice of words considering the case involves a stripper and college boys.

At least we can be secure in knowing he is comfortable in is beliefs with no outside influences to make him think.
