I work on Lake Woodard Dr, which is close to New Bern Ave. Not sure what would be cental there/

A new pizza place just moved into where Milano's was too. Grand Street Pizza, owner is a super nice guy (he used to be a truck driver for the company I work for). This is is second restaurant, his first is down in Knightdale near the Walmart, next to a car wash (on the street that runs down to the post office). I hope he does well, his first endeavor started as a partnership with Sal in which he got royally screwed, but he came out of it and put his own name on the restaurant and he makes a great NY Style pizza.

There's also somthing going on where the Harris Teeter used to be in that same plaza as Red Palace. They were stocking a bunch of metal & sheetrock over in that space a few weeks ago.

 

Something really weird happens when you put milk in green tea. I don't know what it is, but I won't be doing that again! I have got to get to the store and buy more coffee!

 

If ya'll plan it on a Thursday or Friday and give me directions, i can probably make it.

 

Couldn't find where we were talking about certain restaurants here in Raleigh but Ken you need to go to WRAL and click on the restaurant ratings for January 26th. The 2nd restaurant they show..........OMG! :shock:

Glad I haven't been there. Ewwww I just don't understand how someone that is in the restaurant business let their kitchen get nasty like that. If I would have eaten there recently I would be very peed off.
