Before lunch there was a thread on here about McKinley's, i come back and it is gone:shock: What in the world happened while i was at lunch?
I was just wondering the same thing... I had made one small comment to it regarding a servers name.. I did notice there were a few places where *'s were used in place of words that may have been considered a violation of the rules. Anyone banned, or is everyone accounted for???
Must have gotten pretty heated if they wiped the whole thread without singling out the offender. Hey Webbie, can ya clear this up for us that missed what happened?
From what I saw there might be some potential defamation issues and the Web Master took them down rather than deal with it.
WOW, somebody must have gotten personal, the only things i read were opinions about a local business (and other businesses) which is what we do on here a lot when we are either very pleased with a local business or very displeased - we share that info with our fellow posters:?
I know that I didn't mention names or get ugly. I just basically said no one should be pushing anyone. So I am a little confused too.
1. Posts made here that contain "swearing" will be deleted. (We used to edit them but that is too time consuming. They will simply be removed.) Maybe its because only one parties side was being told, and no one from the accused business is a member of 4042.com or a board frequenter and therefore not able to defend themselves. We were only hearing one side of the story and then everyone who's ever had an issue, or who's known someone thats had an issue at "said establishment" jumped on the bandwagon. The rest of the people who have never been there and choose not to go there based on the ravings of a few bad apples.. that's your loss. :? disclaimer... no names mentioned to protect the innocent.. edited to ad... I did see Webbie's reply after mine had been posted and though not the reason, I choose to leave my reply as is anyway.
When has that ever been an issue before? I thought both sides were being represented in the thread. Oh well, potty mouth on.
