I could go for a cheese and mushroom pizza from Two Cousins or a bagel and cream cheese from Big Steve's. I'll buy if you fly!

That would have worked. Wish there was a Red, Hot and Blue in Clayton

Had leftover beef tips and some lasagne. Not too satisfying, but filling. It's been a free-for-all lately, with the move and everything, so I'm trying to behave again.

We ate at Big Easy in Crabtree Valley mall and had bourbon chicken. Yummy!

no lunch yet... but we're doing hot wings (boneless sliced breasts) and poppers for supper...maybe throw in a salad or bean dish to make it a little healthier.

Had Smithfields BBQ for lunch and if I had seen this I would have either hit up Bonsai or Kobe for some sushi for lunch instead of bbq.

Now the bigger question......Supper.....liquid diet (beers galore) or actually eat something to help offset the consumption of the lidquid diet.

You could always throw in some hot wings with that beer.

Wings are too much trouble for the amount of meat you get. Unless you order all drumettes.
