Yes, I found several recipes online. I've never actually had one, so don't know which to trust. Just wanted to know if someone had a favorite recipe.
1 1/2 shots Godiva® chocolate liqueur 1 1/2 shots creme de cacao 1/2 shot vodka 2 1/2 shots half-and-half Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. I've had this one before with the Godiva Chocolate Liqueur... it's very good.. the only thing they dont say.. would be to swirl/drizzle chocoate syrup around the inside of the glass before pouring the martini from the shaker into the glass.
1 ounce vanilla vodka (Stoli Vanil) 1 ounce white Creme de Cacao Hershey's syrup Shake first 2 ingredients with ice, till icy cold. Strain and serve up in a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with chocolate syrup.
Oh... and if you are buying the creme de cacao and if ANYONE likes the taste of Chocolate Covered Cherries then this is a great recipe that we sold at the restaurant when I was a bartender/manager too.. This taste JUST LIKE a chocolate covered cherry!! YUM!! 1 part Kahlua liqueur 1 part amaretto almond liqueur 1 part white creme de cacao 1 dash grenadine syrup Add in the order written and mix with ice (then strain into a shooter or highball glass) after that add your dash of grenadine!
Thanks everyone! Bought out the ABC store this morning - we're going to have some extremely delicious experiments on Sunday night!
FIFTH of SPIRITS in one hand. Open can of Hershey's chocolate syrup in the other hand. Alternate drinking. For further mixing, jump up/down.
Okay, Not exactly chocolate, more like Mocha martini. 1 Shot Stoli Vanilla Vodka 1 Shot Godiva Chocolate Liq 1 Shot Starbucks Liq 1 Shot Baily's Irish Creme Mix well over ice and serve.
Hey, theere's an idea: Chocolate Martini, hmmm... Sounds disgusting to me, but then again, I'm not _ _ _'ing. (You didn't say whaether it was shaken or stirred)
I was at a great italian restaurant in Boston a few years ago with my mother and they made a great Espresso Martini. Swirled chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass before pouring the martini into it, and then put some chocolate shavings on top.... yumm-o! 1 oz cold espresso 1 1/2 oz Absolut® vodka 1 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur 1 oz white creme de cacao Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass. It should be somewhat frothy.
I was going to say it's 5:00 somewhere, but, hey, if noon does it for you.... (You might want to email Alan Jackson and suggest he change the lyrics. LOL)
