We are trying to prepare our home for sale. I would like some recommendations of a good pressure wash company. Also, what is the ball park figure I should expect? We have one of those houses that does have an upstairs w/ the dormer in the middle. So mostly roof on second floor. Also, anyone have any handyman recommendations as well? My husband fixes everything but has had alot of on-call work lately. Though we wanted to do all the minor stuff ourselves, it has become reality that w/ 7 kids and on-call work, it just isn't going to happen. At least not all the work. So some honest inexpensive recommendations would be great. Some of the repairs would be fix the garage door, put up baseboards and quarter round, etc. We have all materials, just need the labor at this point. Thanks in advance for the recommendations. I called budget handyman but they never called me back. Sooo,...not going w/ them obviously. Look forward to hearing what people have to say. Take care, Stephanie.
Tim Lee I would suggest Tim Lee, and I know there are others here who have used him and would give him a thumbs up also. I can't find his link on the main page though, and I also can't find his phone # right at this moment. I thought he was in my Palm Pilot, but its not in there. He is local to the 4042 area, maybe he's in the phone book. He does a great job power-washing, he did our house about a year ago and it looked so great that our neighbors thought we had it painted. He also has a wide-variety of handy-man services that he offers.
Is this him? Tims Handyman Service NC 210 Hwy Four Oaks, NC 27524 Phone: 919-894-3550 http://hometown.aol.com/timleenc/
For pressure washing try Under Pressure, with Ed Leigh. He's been out to my house and I was pleased. I also know a lot of people who use his company and they are all very happy with the results. If you get the voicemail, just leave a msg. He may be on a job, but will call you back! Edward Leigh, Jr Under Pressure Power Washing 369-6077 Good luck! Frogger
I bought an inexpensive power washer at Lowe's and do my own. I can usually power wash my house and out buildings in one day. Nice thing, I have a power washer to do other things around the house.
