Hey everyone ~ just wanted to pop on here and say hi. Have not been here very much, so I know I got a lot of catching up to do, but things have been a little nuts around here for us. Everyone has been sick at one time or another and I pulled my shoulder at lifting and how am hurting like the dickens, and of course, it is my right shoulder (I'm right handed) and it goes up my neck and down my arm. Using Bengay and taking tylenol and sometimes motrin just to ease the pain and going between hot and cold packs. Also trying to get things situated for Prom. Went and picked out my son's tux last night. He is going to wear a black and white "Zoot Suit", including the hat, the long chains on the side and the black and white shoes! :-D I thought he had was set on the western style tux and just in fun I pointed this one out and he decided that is what he wanted. Oh well, it is his senior year and if that is what he wants, that is ok. I am just choking on what he told me a limo was going to cost...$800!!!! :shock: Then he said it was an 8 hour minimum!! I done told him that I thought that was high and that they (meaning him and the other kids that want the limo) need to do some checking to see if they can find something cheaper. Heck, they want a $400 deposit for the thing! Again, prom is on a Thursday night, April 5th I think. And we have been working with my daughter with deciding what classes she is taking next year in HS, and we are planning graduation/birthday celebation for my son, ..... Oh, KDC, saw your son's pix in the Clayton paper tonight! Hope everyone has a wonderful evening!!!!
LOL!! He's in there twice! Student of the month in his class at Riverwood Elem 2nd grade......................I'm so proud!
Didn't know if I was missed or not, but did want to just say hey while I was waiting for a phone call. Have missed all the going ons here, but everything has been so hectic and now I can't access this site at the office from any computer (would try to sneak a peak once in a while especially when I was on lunch), so have to wait until I get home and by the time I get home, I don't get on the computer very much. Too many other things going on. But will try to pop on here once in a while. KDC, if you want the picture, let me know and I will send it to you.
I missed the student of the month! Now the my daughter doesn't go there, I quit looking at it and look at CMS. Anyway, if you want an extra copy, you can have mine.

It will depend on when it is and whether or not I can get off work. I would love to come, but 30 minutes for lunch just doesn't give me enough time to get back and forth. Hey, maybe have a 4042 dinner instead of lunch....would probably be able to make that, providing nothing going on with the kids you know. Sending a pm to ya! :-D
