Not surprised at all! I talked to the Chief at the Cajun place on 70 in Clayton the other day and their location is killing them, I don't expect them to be here much longer if we don't send more business their way.
I thought I just saw them open over the weekend?? Maybe I'm loosing my mind? I"m not surprised at all, I NEVER saw anyone there except for the BNI meetings on Tuesday's at lunch time.
I've been amazed that the place lasted as long as it did. I was surprised when they moved from the smaller location near Food Lion into the bigger place. I never really saw anyone at either location. I made a couple of visits to the restaurant - but I was very disappointed. The food wasn't that good, the service was terrible and their was not realy variety in the menu selections. Although my family members are all fans of a good plate of ribs - there were none to be found at Ribs R Us during our visits there. Hopefully the former owners of the business will have more success in their future ventures.
i heard it was an Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria - can't wait for that to open - we definitely need one in our area:-D i am sure with that location that type of restaurant would do a pretty good business.
Just went by there and it looks like someone really wanted it gone. How long did it take them to chisel that sign down? A whole 5 minutes? :mrgreen:
