It always strikes me funny that The Crazy Horse is next to the NCSU ag fields and it often smells like manure. I'll bet that makes the whole stripper thing really extra special!

I'm surprised that you don't already know about the one on Hwy 70 down the road from the Clayton Walmart.

 

If you look closely, you'll see the one on Hwy 70 is actually within the limits of Wake County.

 

Was checking on it. There has been no "Chestical" bar approved for the 40/42 area. It was said that during a rezoning application discussion that the planning board did not want to approve a rezoning on a GB (General Business) basis because that allows anything to come in to the area, such as a "Chestical" bar. Even though the Zoning Ordinance allows for property to be rezoned to GB, the Board will deny any such request and demands that the property be rezoned to GB-SU (General Business - Special Use) where you have to dictate then, what the use will be. Even though the developer generally has no idea what the use will be. They are just wanting to sell a commercial lot.
