Wireless Source at 210 - Todd Breed

Please if you want a decent nextel phone and good service DO NOT go there. This man talked to me on the phone after a purchase like I was a stupid idiot and then hung up on me.

I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.

Please take your business to a reliable dealer who will not rip you off.

 

I've had nothing but GREAT service from there.

 

If you are looking for somesone else, go see Jeff at Sprint at 4042.

I hear ya tams - he treated me like an idiot also. I couldn't get out of there fast enough - was afraid I was going to give him a piece of my mind, which would have been an ugly piece, indeed!

 

Well I'm glad it's not just me. This guy was a total jerk and that is putting it nicely.

 

the words "sprint/nextel" and "good service" do NOT belong in the same sentence.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT SERVICE FROM TODD AND THE BEST DEALS ON PHONES WITHOUT A CONTRACT ANYWHERE,SOUNDS TO ME LIKE ITS ONE OF TYPICAL CUSTOMER WHO ARE NEVER HAPPY

I have had nothing but great service from Todd at the 210 store for nextel. Always very helpful and treats me and other family members with respect.
I recommend him highly.

Gotchya. Sorry...just a bit tired last night. My Mom got married (again) over the weekend and we had alot of family in town that I had not seen in years.

 

I hope it was a joyous time, I love getting to see everyone again.
