    FYI:
I want to tell everyone about an incident that occurred at an eatery in the Clayton on 70. They serve pizza and a few other things from their little strip mall store front not far from Lowes Foods. This is most definitely NOT the wonderful Italian Restaurant we all speak so highly of and it is NOT the Greek-style sub shop down the other end. I have been to both those places and they are wonderful. This is instead a small place that almost shares the name of a famous pizza franchise.
The owner recently hired two teenage girls to work the counter. Their first day was on Friday of last week. By Saturday, I believe that was the day, the girls were tired of being sexually harassed by the owner, an older, married, foreign, male.
He put ice down the back of her pants and complemented her on her undies.
He told her repeatedly how attractive she was.
He told her that he trusted her and asked if she trusted him. The he told her he had relations with other past employees who were very into it.
    He repeatedly brushed against her.
He unzipped and asked her if she wanted to touch.
When one girl told him she was leaving after calling her mother – he made her wait while he counted the cash drawer. Then said that it was no big deal. The mom of the one girl was so worried, she got both girls. These are decent nice girls not a couple of trollops. They were not dressed inappropriately or anything that would lead a man to believe that they were “asking for it”. The are both UNDERAGE.
This man is a sexual predator and is being charged as such. He was arrested and brought in over the weekend leaving his brother to watch the shop. When asked his brother stated that both girls were fired and that this was nothing more then retaliation.

    So...what do you think?

What do you mean, what do we think?? I don't know anyone who would think this is appropriate/acceptable behavior. Is this hear-say, or did it make the news and if so, what is the link, because I haven't seen it in the paper or news.

I know EXACTLY where you are talking about. He's made me feel uncomfortable being a customer before!!
I think if I was the parent, I would lose my head and smack him around a few times. If you can't go to work without being harassed, what can you do. I hope they slam this guy and shut down his shop, cause his food isn't that good any how. JUST TERRIBLE> Poor girls will be scared for life now. What a CREEPO!

i don't know what else he owns.
No it is not heresay because I personally know the mother and have met one of the girls it happened to.
it may hit the papers this week.
i just want other parents to be aware of the things that are out there so possibly a mom or dad can open up a discussion with their own child on what can happen at the work place and just how illegal it is. Our kids shouldn't be subjected to this sort of thing by anyone.

The mothers should have pressed charges because the next victim may not be so lucky.

I think someone should cut his salami off and hand it to him on a paper plate  If this had happened to my child, I can almost guarantee that he would be holding a paper plate with one hand and his crotch with the other.

They are. He was charged with sexual battery at the least because he actually touched one of them.

Yep, perfect answer, seriously. But since that is illegal, i am glad to know they are going through with pressing charges, that is the only way to stop this sex offender.

Does it matter how old they are? Not trying to be smart, just wondering why it would matter? Isn't sexual harrassment illegal no matter what age???

It matter because if they are under 16 (and it was stated they were both underage) he could also be brought up on charges of indecent liberties with a minor. If they're 17, that charge won't fly.

So yeah, it does matter how old they are on the number of charges the creep could be brought up on.
