How about dumping it down by the river? I hear a few people living in a van can help you with the situation. http://youtube.com/watch?v=IQVr6f6FL5Y
You can dump used motor oil, batteries, tires, & all the recycling without a TRASH STICKER. Or so I was told a year ago. Only trash required "the sticker". Anyone know if this changed with the last sticker fee hike?
Don't know the answer, but that would certainly make sense. These items might be tossed in the woods by some inconsiderate idiot rather than responsibly recycled.
Made the trip into town..(funny,sounds like a horse and buggy thing of several day's duration) and "donated" to the kind folks at Advance Auto. Thanks for all the responses.
In purely economics terms, the demand versus supply has not yet reached its equilibrium. Plainly speaking, the price is just not painful enough for most of us to modify our habits.
