First of all, HOW do you steal a school bus? Do they leave the keys in them? And second, WHY would you want to steal one unless you're the Partridge Family headed for the Reunion Show???
Probably pretty easy to hot wire the bus, I doubt they have half the protection that a car does and like construction equipment they are easy to steal. I don't know if there is as good a market for buses as construction equipment. I imagine it is pretty easy to drive off with a school bus and nobody really notice it even if it happens right in front of them.
