Don't get on very much...been super busy! Getting ready for in-laws and "out-laws" coming next month!

 

Just to be safe from a 4042 population explosion ....

Both methods can be 90% to 98% effective (2 to 10 pregnancies per 100 couples) when they are practiced correctly. I was on those for a couple years, gained 20 lbs for each year! Studies have shown that is the average weight gain! It works great for some, but it caused some serious issues for me.................not to mention although they have recently re-formulated it so this doesn't happen, it used to cause bone loss. My doc flat out refused to continue prescribing it for me. :shock:

Yes it is, and it's probably 50% of the reason my first marriage failed! LOL

Hmmm. I was thinking about those Duggers last night. Do you realize they get a 17,000.00 tax credit right off the bat with all those kids? I think I can catch up, I'm still young!

 

I have found yummy AND healthy new snack! Cinnamon Toast Rice cake with a thin coating of peanut butter...yummy! I am not a rice cake kinda girl, but it sure is good. It also cures that sweet tooth with barely any sugar, not to mention it is whole grain.

 

I like the caramel rice cakes...the minis. That, and carrots, are my snacks at work now. Trying, oh so hard, to get this weight off me!

If ya'll are talking about Deprovera (sp?) shots....omg they made me a freak'in psycho! I didn't realize how bad they made me til I was off them and wasn't like that anymore. (no comments from the peanut gallery!)
