I am keeping that in mind, but my vows stated in sickness and in health and I intend to stick with them, but that is just me. I would hope my husband would honor me the same way, and I do believe he would. If he couldn't, then I would hope that he would divorce me and then move on with his life.

So I guess you've never been to a wedding where the people wrote their own vows? Or have you seen nothing but the "traditional church wedding"?

Especially in these of days of "political correctness" it is not uncommon to find non-traditional vows being said at ceramonies

Incidentally here are some vows that have no mention of forsaking all others:

Not to mention that I'm sure that if you spend the time to google it you would find many more samples.

I am trading mine in. But I think I am going to cruise the nursing centers now to get me a mature woman. I am tired of dealing with younger women!!!

Ya know what? Your right Frogger, the only marriage I need to worry about is my own. Let Mr. Happy Pants and all these folks who think it's OK go on thinking that. To each his own! Ya'll have fun, that's what its all about!

Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion about the ad, but I would caution against one thing: making contact and posting the guy's phone number/pic. It is not fair to his wife/children/mother or anyone else in his family that they find out like that,IMO

I agree, it sounds like someone may have taken bad advice yesterday and told someone in a similar position the news over the phone and did who knows how much damage.

I think the wife needs to get the information but do it personally.

I am not Ben dover either, willspanker.

His wife will find out eventually, I am sure. I just hope it is before he brings home some horrible disease to her and the children.:-(

agreed...kinda. if the man loses interest in his wife sexually then hes banging the babysitter or the wife put on 200 pounds

haha yeah right, today its cheaper to keep the woman and deal with her BS. well atleast till the husband can get everything in his brothers name....

What secrecy? He posted his name, what else do you want? Based on the people here, if he posted his picture and/or his address, y'all would be outside his house picketing.

I wish you would do the same. But you won't. You're reading into it that he wants a secret affair. He didn't say that, he said he wants to be discrete. Huge difference. I can understand his request for discretion, again based on what I have read from some here.
