G105 listeners - I need Bob info......

I can't get G105 at work (damn firewall)...can someone tell me what happened after the radiologist wanted to talk to him..........Yes, the curiosity is killing me!!!!

I can't get it at work either, but personally I think it's a little silly how they built up all this propoganda about it. Great way to get people to listen, but you know they're going to drag it out for as long as they can.

 

He is draggin it out. So far he has not told. Supposedly, after this commercial all will be told with regard to what was wrong with him (besides the obvious, LOL!!!)

Yeah, I am not kidding.

He said that he and his family are doing good but it was a brain tumor. Now he is just going through the whole story about everything.

 

OMG! He has joked for years that he had a tumor that he didn't know where.......wow....

 

Yup...he said he a had a brain tumor. The story is suppose to drag on until Monday (kinda like part 2) LOL.

 

I had a feeling that it was a tumor. listening now for the encore.

the showgram is the only time I studiously do NOT listen to g-105....

 

Ironically, the showgram is the only time I listen to G105. I am a CD kind of girl!

 

I listen to every station during the day because I have to keep up with what's being released in all categories for work... but my preference is NPR..... or just the slamming metal or old school prog rock cd's.... I find most of the morning shows pretty idiotic though.....Bill & Sherry are okay as are Salt and Dimitri... merely my opinion of course....

 

That is so sad....I wish him good luck and hope he gets better soon.k

 

oh yes... no one deserves that.... his show and it's debatable qualities have nothing to so with that.... Ihope his family is comforted as well...

 

Bob and the Showgram are the only thing in this radio market worth listening to. I am glad Bob is back and that he is getting better. I do think that sometime they go over the line but with what the other stations have managed to put on the air Bob should be on the radio all day long. Another great thing about Bob coming back is Mike can't play as much rap or hip hop music in the mornings because Bob does talk so much. "You da Man Bob" NUff said

 

Alot of the other stations copy Bob and the Showgram too... Pick a purse - Mix 101.5 did that last month when G105 has done it for 2 years or so.... then WQDR now has a live studio audience with food on Fridays - plus they pay catch phrase... That too is g105. I personally like the showgram but when it gets too wild or annoying I simply change the station and never listen to it when my daughter is in the car! But he is the number one show in the area so he is a smart man! I wish him the best!
