Blech! Some years ago I mistook a cup full of Crown for ice for water. I had enough of a buzz from the tequila that I didn't taste the Crown until I chugged the last swallow. To this day I can smell it a mile away! Ok... maybe not a mile, but you get the picture...

Tequila?! Tequila is my friend. :twisted:

 

Crown is the only dark liquor i have ever been able to drink straight, i guess cause it was my daddy's drink:-D

 

I'm so sad. A dear friend of mine from back home lost her fiance early Tuesday morning. He was driving home from work, hit a moose, lost control of his car and crashed into the rock cliffs on the side of the highway.:cry: It's just heartbreaking.

Thanks girl. I never met him, but I just can't imagine loosing someone you love and plan to spend the rest of our life with, like that, or anyway for that matter. My poor friend is just beside herself

Are we still under a water restriction? I cannot find anything that has been updated since the 29th.

 

I thought I heard on the news yesterday that you are, but I don't pay close attention to it since it does't include me. Have you tried looking on WRAL or one of the other news sites?

 

According to 1270wmpm, the water restrictions are still in effect.

 

I think we're still more than 3" behind for the year, it would take a couple more "Barry's" to catch us up.

 

I was out of town for the weekend, it was raining in VA where we were, I was PRAYING it was raining here too!

 

I'm getting a stress headache!! Scheduling conflicts suck!! :evil:
