Need Help! HVAC

Okay, so here's the deal. We're refinancing, and the VA needs an HVAC contractor to come out to our house, look at our gas logs, and then write a note on letterhead that says they are installed properly and they have a cut-off valve.

I can't find anyone to do this! I'm not really looking for "call this guy, he does work for me", I need more along the lines of, "yeah, I'm a contractor and I'll do it" or "we had the same issue, here is who did it for us".

I need this done ASAP, it's the only thing holding up closing!

Weird. You have to have your logs inspected to refinance?

Thanks to HG, I think we've got it covered. The guy is supposed to come today! Yeah!

 

We have a VA loan, and did a refi several years ago - no inspections needed. Is this a streamline loan?
