What if, just maybe, you and ormly are wrong? I understand if you do not want to attend C3 but I do not think you should persuade others to not attend. Maybe they are following God's direction. Who says that you are right and they are wrong?
nevilock sorry, not trying to be rude, but i also don't want people thinking i am Devilock. I know, i should have looked at the forum first and used some other nick instead of nevilock. Wormly has flamed and flamed since he's gotten here. There have been at least 3 threads started by, or hijacked by wormly in which he has displayed nothing but a closed minded belligerent debate style, and an obvious inability to cope with other opinions. Do you really expect me to read the posts of an unabashed forum troll? Can you honestly expect me to do so with an open mind? If you respond yes to those 2 questions i must inform you of my intent to completely disregard your expectations. TLDR version: You're the frying pan yelling at the kettle, a 3rd party which wasn't included in the metaphor, and is just as useless.

I was led by God to the right church. I am sorry that you don't agree with the style of C3. Just because it is different than what you believe a church should be does not mean you are right. You seem to think you know alot about C3 but are still extremely misinformed. I have received a message from my King and that is to deflect all negativity that Satan may send my way.
Just a few questions if some of you could give me the time to answer them. Since I just moved back to the area in 2005 after my Navy hitch but there are some things that I want to see from others. Where was all the distain for C3 when it was meeting in Cleveland Elm. school, or Polenta. Why has all this anti C3 came out now, is it about a the new worship building? Just a couple of honest questions. I am not looking for the "cotton candy" church and flavor of the kool aid. I want some one to say why now they are bashing this church. My family are members and we both do helpeing jobs around C3 I am just wondering. Thanks

Well at least you are listening to the podcasts. That's a start. Maybe one day you will see the light if you listen enough. I am not offended by what you say...I am just saddened that you think you have your finger on the pulse of Christianity. I'm also pretty sure that Jesus did not have it in mind for his followers to interfere with others in worshiping Him and bringing praise to Him. Now we can close it up.
Where does ones responsibility lie when determining what church speaks the word of God? Is that not a judgment call that must be made by a spiritual man? 1 Corinthians 2:13-16 (KJV) "Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." Do you have the Mind of Christ? Are you commited to seek the Mind of Christ? Do churches as c3 teach that you need the Mind of Christ? Don't you believe these are legitimate questions, needed to be asked?
You must mean I have offended you? That's no doubt a truth by my speaking of Spiritual matters. But then I believe anything that smacks of Christ would do that to you based upon your demeanor/responses. My intent wasn't to offend anyone, though I knew anything of Him, would.. My words were carefully chosen to be broad based and not personal. You have chosen to make them personal as indicated by your flaming. So does the problem really lie with me or you?
See the light!!?? Was what He said the truth or not?? If the truth then, at any given service, can you say you have been exposed to the word of God or "cotton candy"-- something to keep you energized until the next session? A good question to ask is: Did you enjoy the message or did you resent it? Church should never be about making you or anyone, feel good. Believers may not often realize it, but even as believers we are either centered in man, or centered in God, There is no alternative. Either God is the center of our universe and we have become rightly adjusted to Him, or we have made ourselves the center and are attempting to make all else orbit around us and for us. When the truth dawns, we are amazed to discover how the snare of making all things to revolve around man has become the bane of most of our preaching and teaching. As long as men are victims of this wrong philosophy and approach to truth, they cannot avoid reckoning from a self-center. When the center is wrong, then everything in our reckoning is wrong.

They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, Proverbs 22:10 Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended. - So should we drive out ornly and inthehunt?????? Proverbs 18:6 A fool's lips bring him strife, and his mouth invites a beating. Dont you see it God talks very strongly against people who cause strife and dissention amoung his people. You may think you are doing a good thig or providing a service but what your really doing is turning people away. IMO I dont think god planned it that way for some p[oepl to turn others away to "expose" a church that they thingk is wrong.. The church is considered God bride and even if you dont like c3 it is Gods bride and you ae judging and putting down Gods bride sayign it is not of GOD Revelation 22:17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life. no where does it say if ornly and inthehunt think this is fake then dont go. It does say "take the free gift of the water of life, after consulting with inthehunt and Ormly."
Am I mocking? Am I filled with envy, greed, murder, strife, deceit, malice, depravity and every kind of wickedness? Are you sure it is I who is the fool? God forbid I would turn anyone away from His truth. However, can we call a lie, the truth? The Church of Jesus Christ is His Bride. There can be no doubt about that. However, can it be said that "churches" like c3 are the Church of Jesus Christ? That needs be judged by everyone seeking the Truth of Christ otherwise a leading away from the truth will happen for that individual. I don't believe it says that, do you?
Wow, is this a heated post? Just have to say, keep in mind that man wrote the bible and man interprets the bible, therefore why man has so many arguments/disagreements about the bible. You can give 100 different people a reading from the bible and come up with 100 different interpretations of that reading. Secondly, sounds like a lot of judgements of others in the postings but remember only God sits in judgement of man/woman. The bible's meaning will always be up for debate.
