I guess what now worries me is that I saw the daughters of one of my coworkers dancing on the bar, and the girl who is holding the boy's hands on her chest is the daughter of a former coworker...she actually babysat my children last summer! I say worried because these girls all seem very sweet and act like they are nice girls.

By the way, those girls' ages are 14, 16, and 17.

Now, the question is do I send their mother's onto this forum to see what their daughters are doing, or do I just let it go?

 

AS A PARENT WOULDNT YOU WANT TO KNOW? IF MY DAUGHTER WAS ALLOWING PICTURES OF HERSELF IN COMPROMISING SITUATIONS TO BE TAKEN AND POSTED ON THE INTERNET I WOULD DEFINITELY WANT TO INTERVENE AND PUT HER BACK ON THE RIGHT PATH. THESE KIDS HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE LONGTERM EFFECTS OF THEIR ACTIONS AND ITS UP TO PARENTS TO STEP UP AND BE PARENTS!!!

 

Glad I have boys because if it were my daughter doing stuff like that, I may be in jail.

Also, my son (14) will NOT be going to places like that because if the girls are slutty, the guys are horny. Anyone remember raging puberty hormones?

Now we now why Bob is smiling all of the time!

I think I would have to say something to the girls parents, what if behavior like this or even worse is going on while she is babysitting children?

I think it's your responsibility to send them this link or the links of all those pics so they are at least aware of what their children are getting themselves into.

I saw a friends son and forwarded her all of this for her.

I'm really starting to feel like picketing this place, and educating parents who drop their kids off there. All we need is a laptop with these photos, I'm pretty sure there is wifi available around there. Just say "Hey, Mom & Dad - is this what you want your kids to be up to tonight? Cuz this is what happened last week."

Oh, maybe a projector - so they can see a nice big shot.

Maybe the Mayor needs to be involved as well....

 

Great Idea Cleo....you can get those pictures and have them blown up as poster boards. I am sure those parents wouldn't want neighbors, friends and families to see them.

duh.....your right about that. I haven't had my morning coffee yet but your right...I am sure there are some laws about it, since they are MINORS but sure don't act like they are.

Both are missing the boat....Wonder how the sheriff feels about those pictures?. Doubt there is much they can do as they only insinuate actions. They would be labeled as soft porn. However he may be persuaded to make life difficult for them.

 

I am thinking out loud right now....If these kids are minors and are hanging out at clubs for underage. Do they have any rights (the person who is taking these pictures) to be posting on sites with out the parental permission since the kids are underage. Am I making any sense and do you know where I am trying to get at.

 

I see where you are headed, Ro. Did these kids or their parents sign an agreement to allow their pic to be posted on the net? And if the kids did, is a contract signed by a minor considered to be valid?

 

I understand what you're saying. A lot of times you have to sign a release stating that the pictures can be used for advertising, etc. But if they are being used on a personal page I'm not sure if you have to give permission.

 

I wonder for those who forward the pictures to their parents (who knew the child) what their responses were when they saw those pictures. Any feedback on that.
