Well, the one parent was not concerned. After all, there were no boys on the bar. She's seen the pictures and thought they were cute.

The other parent is shocked, but probably won't be tougher on her daughter.

Needless to say, if schools have to have our permission to put our children on the internet, why don't businesses have to have our permission to put their pictures out there? Maybe we could get it shut down from that angle????

No feedback yet. If she doesn't email me back, I'll be seeing her this weekend and will ask her about it.

OMG, I'm glad you told me about that hand sign, that's my friend's son who's doing it. Gotta be sure to tell her about that too.

THESE KIDS HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEIR ACTIONS COULD AFFECT THEIR FUTURES!!! READ THE ENTIRE ARTICLE AT THE LINK BELOW!!!

In the past few months, college, high school and even middle school students across the USA have been suspended or expelled, thrown off athletic teams, passed over for jobs and even arrested based on their online postings.

To teens and young adults, social websites are private spaces where they can interact in the open, multimedia style of the online world in which they grew up. But to adults, these sites are places where kids are naïvely putting their reputations and futures - not to mention personal safety - at risk.

"There was a picture of three women who appeared to be naked from the top up, in the shower together," she says. She also found pictures of students who appeared to be snorting lines of cocaine and smoking marijuana. "You can only think: What if one of the big accounting firms comes across this, or a law firm or law school or graduate school?"
Even if students are only pretending to drink or do drugs, the damage to their reputations may be the same."

For all those that insinuate that "...it's just the way kids dance these days." or "Our parents didn't like the way we danced either."....

Here you go. This is not dancing. This is dry humping as a spectator sport. It's pure sex. There is nothing "dance" about it.

It's indecent, it's obscene, and it needs to be addressed by the adults in our society. My God...is this how far things have gone?!?! I'm totally, absolutely disgusted and horrified.

I know kids do things their parents tell them not to, like drink, and even have sex. By my gosh, if you haven't instilled enough morals and self-respect into your daughters to not do this in public, then you are to blame.

Magnolia, I agree 1000%! (And I like your avatar. :))

I had never seen that kind of "dancing" in action, only in the pictures posted through the clubunderage myspace page, so I wanted to see how it looks when it is happening. All I did to find those videos was search "grind dancing" on youtube and, voila, there you go. The kids in those videos may be a little older and they may be in a house instead of out in public, but from the pictures of the kids in Clayton, if it isn't quite as sexual as the videos, it is only a fraction of an inch from becoming that way. Imagine what those kids will be doing when they're just a few years older and at frat parties or at a dorm party. And then once they get all hot and bothered by their dancing, well... one can only imagine.

Course, what's to stop them from heading out to a car in the parking lot at Magoo's and releasing some sexual tension while they're this age??

Bumping for Blingo. Did you see the videos I posted last night? I've gotten a real education on what "dancing" looks like these days. Listen to what the boys are saying in this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEiDUw9vtng&mode=related&search=

I think there were pictures of girls grinding together in Clayton, weren't there? http://youtube.com/watch?v=5f33Tqvj-wg&mode=related&search=

Why shouldn't we expect the kids to act this way when some TEACHERS act this way. http://youtube.com/watch?v=fGWMrYFkH6M&mode=related&search=

    Unbelievable.

OMG!!!!! Listen to the WORDS! Not to mention, this is taking place at school! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxSyxMB7BAU&NR=1

This really makes me want to yank my kids out of school and shelter them from this wicked culture. Very, very scary thought to me... what is it going to be like when my 5 year old daughter gets to high school??
