Another Illegal Immigrant gets a free ride

It is becoming almost a daily thing.

Now why wait until after he has served his sentence before deporting him. Oh yeah because we have no control of our borders. Dang even wral is getting in on the act.

 

Prison and then deportation, I missed the "Free Ride" part of your post.

 

why is he going to prison and living off of taxpayers during that time.....that is the free ride because we can not control our borders he gets to live for free for at least one month. Notice he got no jail time for breaking our immigration laws.

 

I find this funny, because in other posts people have complained about the opposite.

 

Don't you think he should serve time for attempted murder? I think that, if he had left the country after this happened, we should have had him extradited back to be tried and serve time for the crime. Deportation may be sufficient punishment for entering the country illegally, but intentionally running over a pedestrian deserves some actual jail time.

 

why should the US taxpayer pay for him to serve time on attempted murder when he is guilty of other crimes? We can not control our borders so our only option is to hold him and then deport him. Since when is the time for attempted murder less than 4 years?

Prison is hardly a "free ride", and it's not because we can't control our borders, it's because we can't control the prison systems of other countries.

The sentence for breaking immigration laws is deportation, which will happen (according to the article). First things first, though.

Now, this is a good example of the problem with "band-wagon" mentality.

Saw a news article that mentions the words "illegal immigrant"? Post it and complain about the sieve we call a border. It's the "In" thing to do.

 

what he did was attempted murder.... so I almost feel he should stay here in prison and let us pay for him there instead of derporting him and I guarantee in 4 years after he is deprted he will hop/sneak right back into the US and we will be paying for him again except with Medicaid, school, food, and so on...

 

Get real no bandwagon here. Sick of people breaking our laws and using tax dollars to punish them and support them. Once again he should have never been allowed to be here in the first place. Putting him in an American funded prison is a lot better than other countries and he has it better than our soldiers fighting a war. Let him go back to wherever he came from now and make sure that he can never get back in.

 

Not to mention getting free popcorn and a movie every Friday and Saturday night. 3 hot meals a day. Free medical attention, free haircuts, and free cigarettes if he has no money (Well rolling tobacco).

 

I'm not sure but I think some swim here .

 

Tell me that when you are driving down any road in Johnston County that when you see a car coming at you that you dont wonder if its a drunk immigrant.

 

Every time I see a car running into my lane or off the road or pulling out with out looking I think its a mexican and I am always right so far its always been a mexican.

 

maybe we could implant them with the gps microchips like they do dogs and cats now days. At least that way we can keep track of them and know when they have illegally entered our country again, and would also help us to locate them for future deportation much easier.

Cocaine Found After Drunk Driver Nearly Hits Police Cruiser - A Selma police officer narrowly avoided being struck on his patrol car by an accused drunk driver early Saturday morning. When police pulled over Enrique Martinez of Smithfield , they found crack cocaine, with a street value of $200, concealed inside three $1 bills. Martinez later blew a 0.19 on the breathalyzer, more than two times the legal limit of 0.08 in North Carolina . The 20-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while impaired. Bond was set by a magistrate at $26,500.

lol omg why do they put their names on their cars?Are they afraid someone actually would take them I seen one the other day that was all decked out lol a mint green suv it was like nothing I've every seen. someone bought a 30 or 40 thousand dollar car and turned it into a eyesore and this man was driving with one hand on the wheel looking at other cars with this look like he was something to see and circus music playing very loud it was like seeing a freak show driving down the road.he also had his last name on the back window. it was something ez not sure I was laughing so hard .

 

Great idea, it worked fairly well in the 40's in Germany.
