"uncontrolable bowel?" "oily stool" ok I may be fat but at least I don't poop myself all day and night. I wonder which is less attractive. I larger woman or a really hot one that needs depends......hmmmm
lol... the results are much like the warning label on fat free pringles: "Olestra may cause abdominal cramping and loose stools. Olestra inhibits the absorption of some vitamins and other nutrients. Vitamins A, D, E, and K have been added.[1] This condition became popularly known as "anal leakage," though this term never actually appeared on the label." (from Wikipedia) Not my idea of a fun day.
Yep... and other FF chips. I just finally realized that any food item that warned me ahead of time of possible traumatic digestive-related results should probably NOT go in my mouth.
(A stinky depends at that!) FDA: Diet Drug May Spur Suicidal Behavior http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/06/12/health/main2920660.shtml Suicide?? I'm with you Peppercorns, I think I'd rather just be fat.
Do you take the LIPO 6 or LIPO 6X? My metabolism has also slowed way down since hitting my 40's. I work out on the treadmill too, but just don't have that extra energy I used to have. I'd love to try this, just wondering if the regular works for you or do you take the more expensive 6X. Thanks!
Okay, the gas with oily discharge is a little much for me. I will just stick with being a little heavier than I would like.
I have taken all 3 formulas. They just came out with the LIPO6 X...its the same price....$44.99 at GNC for a 8 week supply. here is the link to read how it works.... http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2572026&cp=2167100.2325114&parentPage=family
Me too, I am hoping the OTC version has less side effects, but I am waiting for someone else to try!!! I have an anal leak aversion!
Amen sister! I have a Dr's appt today, I DO NOT want to get on the scale! I think the only thing that's going to work is if someone staples my mouth shut for a while, you know, the whole eat less and exercise thing. I hate to exercise.
A good friend of mine started taking Alli - she said it was just under 60.00. She's taken it for a couple of weeks now and is eating the Weight Watcher Points diet, which is low in fat. She signed up at Curves too. She said that she has had no ill effects - BUT that the book says that most of the time IF you do, it's caused by you eating too many fat grams - so I guess it's like if you don't stick to your diet, you will get a little reminder. That might keep people who tend to cheat on the straight and narrow. She said she started a low fat diet for a week before beginning the program (taking Alli) as they suggest and did some online signup which you get as part of the system - support or whatever - and lost 3lbs each week, eating 1400 calories per day. I'll wait till she's on it another couple weeks before taking the plunge. See if her success continues.
Ever tried Ripped Fuel? Friend of mine used to take that stuff like candy back when we were racing atv's and he lost weight and was always jacked come race time. Me on the other hand When I actually had a workout routine I'd weight train for an hour and then do cardio for an hour, ate 4 meals a day, drank 2-3 calorie shakes a day made with real icecream. and still never gained or lost weight. So I gave it up, and started my current regimen. Eat what I want when I want, drink what I want when I want, but I start M-F with a redbull and a Mt. Dew. Craig
