What is the going rate for selling an 8 place setting of Lenox China? I need to get some extra money by tomorrow afternoon. I need $360 for an emergency and I am willing to sell this to get my situation taken care of. I'm in a desperate way right now..............any ideas?
Thanks, Ready. Is it real fast way? I need the cash by noon tomorrow......or we're sunk...............Please say a prayer.......
I guess it depends on the Lenox pattern, and if someone really wants it. If I had the extra cash, I'd help you out, but alas... :-( I already said that prayer for you though!
God's Child, the best known place nationwide that buys and sells fine china, stemware and silver is Replacements Ltd. www.replacements.com I don't know how fast they would be to buy your things, but luckily they are based on Greensboro, I believe, so if necessary, perhaps you could drive your things to them to speed things up. Best of luck to you.
CHINA $400.00 SOUNDS GOOD TO ME . IF YOU WANT TO DOUBLE CHECK GO TO EBAY. I THINK 400.00 WOULD BE A GOOD PRICE OR NO LESS THAN 375.00
The Replacements store is located near Mebane/Burlington area right off I85, lots closer than Greensboro, I'd give them a try since you need it so fast. Go online and get a phone number and check and see if they'll take it.
Thanks to all...I appreciate it. I went to replacements and they sent me a list of what they were buying and not buying depending on their stock and supply. Oddly, they have quite a bit and more than likely won't buy enough to what I need money for. Mine is excellent shape and is older than me and I'm 43. So, does anyone know of anyone getting married that would like this as a wedding gift? They'd be getting it cheaper from me than a dealer or department store and I have an 8 place setting which is an awesome starter set for $360.00. Can you all tell I'm desparate?? LOLOLOL
Although it isn't the best option in the world, you can always go to one of those pay day loan places to get the cash if you're that strapped for it....
GarnerGirl2000, The pattern is called "Eternal". It is creamed colored with 24K gold trim. Very plain but sofisticated, I guess. It hurts to do it but I got to do what I got to do.......... Jennifer, Girl, I did that one time.....actually twice.. . that was the biggest dern mess I have ever been in...............LOLOLOL is the foxy lady hiring for a one nighter??????
ok ill ask around, i dont know if you have any but we took some broken gold jewerly to a pawn shop and made about 150.00 i wasnt expecting them to give me so much for it but you could try that too
The picture above is it!!! That's my china! And those are the pieces I have. An 8 place setting.......It's so pretty............
Anyone got the number to Arrow Pawn? I am in an open space and I don't want people here with noses the size of CA to hear my business........ Thanks!
