Does anyone know

what they are building next to CVS in Clayton?

 

Word "was" a small strip of shops, possibly a small cafe type restaurant. There was a thread on it a while back, I can't find it now. Someone had mentioned in it; either who owned the land, or who was doing the building. But it seems in just the last few days I've seen a For Sale sign at the road (white w/green lettering, i think).

 

I'd like to see a K&W or K&S Cafeteria in the Clayton/Garner area. We get the steakhouses, buffets, cafes, fast-food joints, the coffee houses, etc. How about a good ole fashion place to walk in and tailor your meal to your appetite.

 

I'd like to see a bar/grill with a deck outside and topless waitresses inside

 

I would like a Barnes and Noble and a Panera. Or, a restaurant that serves a good class of wine and has no smoke!!!

 

You should go to The Last Resort on a Sunday. More boobies than you can imagine! :lol:

Yes! Yes! Yes! But we'll probably get more banks and more drug stores and maybe a third WalMart.

 

Nothing would be better than to see a Barnes and Noble in Clayton. I get tired of riding to raleigh all the time.

 

Prabably be more hispanic oriented stores like the strip mall behind Smithfield BBQ.
