I looked into this for my grandmother. What a wonderful things for seniors. It is only one or two bedroom houses. The company takes care of their lawn etc... and there is a medical doctor on site. It isnt really assisted, the seniors have to be able to live on their own.
Not sure its an 'assisted living' type of place or more of a neighborhood geared towards retirement living. It's not directly behind the Food Lion. It's where Clev sch rd and Mast Dr intersect, near the town homes there on the corner.
that developer has to be getting killed. They bought the land, built the roads, brought in water lines and sewer, and site lights; and it has sat there like that for months, with no construction.
Well there is a reason for all of that and no the developer isnt getting killed but he is a bit behind on the project. All of it is being worked on and you should start seeing some progress shortly. As far as i know, and i could be um....whats that word i have trouble saying.. you know when you are not right? I cant say it for some reason...anyway my mother picked up a brochure type thing on it a few months ago and i think she said they had a sales type office somewhere up in the Food Lion area. Maybe in those buildings behind Southwinds Surveying or in there.
