Have to agree with you, ready, but the male cat's owner is equally responsible. Wonder if anyone has ever been sued for "kitten support?" He's a pretty boy.
I agree with you about the male cat's owner, but she knows her cat is in heat and she has her outside? The part where she says to call her ONLY if you are his owner makes me wonder if this isn't some kind of neighbor spat. If she is going to take him to the shelter, what would it matter to her if someone else called and offered to adopt him?:? I agree though... he is a very pretty boy!
