Since we have lived in Clayton, this will be the first year we are in town for 4th of July. I saw a sign on Hwy70 about a celebration at the Park.. is that the park off Guy Road? by the School? That is the only park I can think of.

I also saw the celebration on Cleveland area. We are trying to decide where to go.

    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks!!

I don't think so. Its always at the park downtown Clayton across the railroad tracks. That's where the fireworks are alway held.

I saw a sign in front of the park on Amelia Church road that was about the fireworks show there on the 4th. It mentioned games and food also.

Across the street from the Cleveland Rd Fire Dept.
The band and vendors are set up behind the Johnston Community College Building (small version of the real one ;) ) You know where the socccer/softball fields are? Right there! You can't miss it! Everybody's gonna be there!

i hope the fireworks are better than they were last year though - had a great time, Birdy's band was awesome, and the vendors were great, just a bit disappointed with the fireworks.

And while you're out at the Cleveland Celebration...please stop by the WJHS band food booth. We'll be selling hamburgers, drinks, chips, baked goods and other yummy stuff! In the morning we'll have assorted biscuits, muffins and other baked goods too! Stop by and say hello!

We will also be selling $2 raffle tickets for cash prizes and something new...
Flower cards: for $20 you get a 'punch' type card that entitles you to one bouquet each month for one year from the Cleveland Florist shop. Thats a great deal....especially for you fellas that want to impress your wives, girlfriends, etc.

As always.....we appreciate your support!
