Dr. R ... with such rapid growth ... opening several new offices in a short period of time ... how do you plan to maintain the level of quality and personal attention many of us has grown to enjoy at your 4042 office? I'm sure you have hired top quality people for those offices. I'm guessing though it would be impossible for you to be involved in day to day operations at all of them. Don't you have more than 5 locations now? Will you still be seeing patients or be in more of a managerial roll?

Great question. Over the years we have established systems, we hope, that can help ensure the quality of care and customer service does not decrease. I'd rather go back to one office, than to have offices that don't reflect the care you are accustomed to. Although the growth seems rapid, much of this has been planned over the last 5 years. I am a clinician, first and foremost, so I never see myself being strictly in a managerial role. I learned early on that one of the keys to success is to be surrounded with outstanding people. I do what I'm good at and rely on experts in other areas to do what they're good at. Everyone who works for me needs to buy into my philosophy of customer service and quality of care, from the doctors to the payroll coordinator. Will there be hiccups? - absolutely. Will we do whatever is necessary to make things right? -absolutely. I realize I get a lot of credit that really needs to be directed at my support staff - they and you (the patients) make what we're trying to accomplish possible. Thank you for your question, and thank you for your support.

I have been more than impressed with the other dentist's I have seen at your office. I was leary at first to go to anyone but you, b/c I always received such great care, but now I am comfortable with anyone in your office. Your assistants are phenominal as well, they have all been overly kind and comforting. They do deserve alot of credit and I hope everything continues to go so well for you! I am trying the McGees location in 2 weeks! Your interior designer deserves kudos too! All your offices look like 5 star hotel lobbys! I feel like such royalty in the waiting room!
