I think a basic pedicure is $23 at Star Nails (Hwy 70 in the old Winn Dixie plaza behind the McDonalds). I get mine done there, they have all new pedicure chairs within the last few months.

Tango Nails in Garner is great too! Located in the old Target shopping center, down from Kroger.

A bit of a drive, but Best Nails in Garner does a good job. It's a good idea to make an appointment, even if it is just before you leave the house. Always a wait if you don't. Southside shopper seems to always have coupons for their manicures and pedicures. I also like Fancy Nail behind Smithfield BBQ at 40/42, Lynn does a good job. At the post office by Morgan's Gym they have Fancy Nail coupons.
