Do you take out the trash, mow the lawn, fix the problems around the house, run errands since you are in school, who watches the kids while you are in school??

Was Bendover a woman????? I thought it was a man. Well, nope I'm not as mad as I was. I have to admit laughing at you as lifted my bad mood.
I had a talk with my mom about how the kids don't seem to want to help out that much and she told me that me and my brother were the same way, especially my brother, but look how we became. We keep out houses cleaned and organized and at one time, I was overboard. Things had to be spotless, but I learned that sometimes you have to let a few things go. Needless to say, they are very few. Now I will give my son credit, he will mow the yard. Won't weedeat very much any more and does not spend as much time taking care of the yard as he did when we first moved here, but he will mow. Now when he wants something, he can get in here and do whatever I want him to do, plus he and my daughter both are furniture movers, like their mom. LOL My daughter will do things if she wants something or if I can get her in the groove by turning the stereo on and us acting like fools as we clean. But for any of them to take the inititive (sp), well not too much. Just hope that when they move out, they will have learned to clean and cook (and they both know how to cook a lot of things and are learning more) and they can do laundry, when they want to, the problem is them "wanting" to do it.
I guess I'm lucky. My kids don't mind cleaning. They keep their rooms and bathroom clean. They do their own laundry, vacuum, dust, and have even been known to mop. The only thing they don't do is the kitchen and I don't mind that since they keep the rest of the house clean. But they can't stand a dirty house.
