We put our home on the market last Monday and had a buyer Wednesday! They need to be in before school starts on Aug 17 -that's right - next week! DH and I are desperately trying to find a rental home in Apex or Holly Springs. We need to be close to 55 / US1 for our jobs. We have looked at 2 homes in Apex so far. Here's what I need... A property management company or if any of you have a home for rent in Apex, Holly Springs, New Hill or Moncure please let me know!! NOT BLOCK AND ASSOCIATES They just suck! :roll: Any reccomendations would be great! We need to have a place to live by this Saturday!!!!! The type of home we are looking to rent would be a 3+ BR, 2 Car Garage (at least), Master on first floor (hopefully), fenced in yard (not a deal breaker). hey try calling Preferred Property Management they are out of Garner but they have some houses all over ( 919-771-2800 ) have you tried craigslist? they usally have some things out there..........
