It's funny how this company has no clue where their site is. Their maps are all inconsistent. Check out their PDF Flyer. It says the site has easy access to I-40 via Exit 311, and it's 5 miles from downtown Raleigh. On the last page, it says "Swift Creek Village, Little River, SC". I think they just copied plans from another place and changed most of the city names, and didn't bother to check the rest of their facts.
what is the status of summerwinds plantation. is there a web site? is this the name of the planned community in the 4042 area that has townhouses, condos and assisted living units? if not, is there such a community being planned for the 4042 area or did i just dream of this concept?
won't the 70 bypass be exit 311? and as the crow flies, it just might be about 5 miles from the edge of downtown raleigh, or at least the south raleigh city limits... outsiders are always screwing up the nc/sc thing
The bypass should be something like 309-310. What are they doing on the otherside of I-40? Picture 4 shows thier property line over behind Golden corral. Anybody know what they have planned over there?
Summerwinds is the project you are talking about. The Health and Wellness Center should be starting very soon. Health and Wellness center?? Will it be like Rex? Could the Cleveland community possibly be seeing our first indoor pool coming to the area? Anyone know if the wellness center will include a pool ... I hope so?

Summerwinds will be located right next to Cleveland Springs. Access to Summerwinds will be off Glen Road so it is in Garner. There is no need for annexation. If you go up 1010 and cross over 42 like you are heading to NC 50, you pass the townhomes on the right (Glen Road Townhomes). Go another 100 yards and look to your right. You will see about 15 new houses being built. Summerwinds is to the right of that.
