I can't stand it when folks do that! I have one who cancels on me at the last minute all the time. Last time she did it, I got some half- _ _ _ _ _ apology, I told her that was OK, I really didn't expect her till I saw her walking through the door anyway. People can be so rude! But yet, if she needs something, I am expected to be at her beck and call.........................not anymore!
