You make a point. Everyone should be worried about the ones you do not know about. I think it helps to know where one lives also cause you aint gonna send little suzzy to play at the house where the man likes to rape kids.I think you have to worry about everybody every where. I would not tell someone to go torch his house but I would make damn sure I told everyone in that area who and what he is.
Stats don't mean squat when you are talking about the safety of a child. Ken, how would you feel in a little boy rapist moved in next to you? I know the answer to that, you'd be as concerned as the SHill's residents are right now. It is true that most stuff happens with people children know, that's why I've never left my children with people except my Mom and Sister. I can't even imagine ever leaving them with a male, except their father. I've also educated them from a very young age about all this stuff, because I know what the affects of molestation holds on a child and I'd personally kill someone if they ever touched one of my children.
You mess with my child you had better hope the police get to you before I do. I am a firm believer in knowing what your children do. It is up to the parent to guide them through life and overwatch them. You as a parent cannot "baby" them all thier life but you should know everything they do at this age.
