Got a call from our builder Fri pm - the crew should be here Sat am to start digging the basement.

Let's see cleaning this morning, work this afternoon..
Tomorrow steam clean the carpets and a little more cleaning to do.
Of course had to wake up with a sore throat this morning..grrrr.

We just moved in ours and dear Lord it's a crazy mess to get in.:? But I am tickled to death to FINALLY be finished!.:-D

 

Heck no, we didn't make it. :?
Went to the Iron Horse.

 

Went on The Neuse from Falls Dam. Water was ok, kinda low in a few places, if you did not keep away from the sand bars. Great time.

 

This w/e is the NC Seafood Festival in Morehead City!

Should be a Good Time.

 

We have never been but sounds like it would be fun - any links or suggestions for accommodations or do you just go for the day?

 

If one were just going to plan to go for the day, any idea what time to plan to be there by to be able to find parking, etc.???
