cool weather, not cold. And, with a weekend wedding forthcoming, please stall the rain until after 3 on Saturday. I don't think those at the reception will care if they get wet, but I don't want to officiate one in the rain at 2. Unfortunately, I don't think we have a good inclement weather plan, so I 'm hoping for rain after the ceremony.
Make that after 5 because I'm in a wedding at 4. And we thought having it in OCTOBER it would be cooler than this! ugh. Thank God our dress is strapless.
My daughter who is 3 and hasn't seen snow yet. She learned about making snow angel from a cartoon and asked me if she can do it. I hope we get some this year.
I forgot to mention that it was an outside ceremony, near the river. So far, the backup plan is a big ol' tent.....And I am wearing a suit, so I could use some cooler temps... Good Luck to your wedding principals... As I tell couples for whom I conduct their weddings or renewals, "Love isn't finding the person you can live with, it's finding the person you can;t live without."
Ro, made me laugh about the snow... When C6 and I wed, I was still living in Fl, she here. My son and his best friend, (my bonus son) were my best men. We flew in from Tampa, where it was 74, got into Raleigh with 4 inches of snow. They freaked, having never seen it. We got to the house in Clayton at 7, and they played in it until 3 am. Rolled the largest snowball I've ever seen, into the middle of the street, downhill from our house. They were broken hearted when I told them they had to destroy it, as it could cause an accident if a car hit it, and that it wasn't too difficult to tell where it came from..seeing the line of removed snow from our yard, and knowing that snow balls rarely roll uphill.
 perjectile disfunction. Sorry I dont know where that came from. I must apologize to webbie for putting such a stupid word up.
Yep! Moved from South GA (might as well be Florida) to get away from this too. Watching the weather report actually makes me angry these days. :-(
Awwww. I bet they had a blast. I know when the girls eventually see snow...they may freak out at first but than they will want to make snow angels and snowman . I hope we will see some this year.
