Post and running for cover...

went to Pizza Inn last night and had a great experience... yeah I know. But the manager was really nice and the service was great and the pizza was pretty good.. I was in shock, the manager actually came out and talked to dh and explained something and they had posted signs letting customers know that if they had ordered a specialty (sp) pizza that it may not come out in a timely manner with the high volume of request..

I have to say it was a very nice experience last night..

This is actually nice to see. Someone who had a good experience someewhere and post about it. Too many negatives lately about EVERYTHING.

 

Dont run mom2. It is okay. Glad you had a good night at the Inn. aren't they under new mgmt? I know there is a thread about it but I am to lazy to find it.
Maybe it is a sign of good change.

It's also a possibility that they read the unfavorable posts on here about them and decided to make some drastic changes.

 

I for one hope they did clean up their act. My DS liked to eat there, and sometimes we let him pick where we eat.

 

That would be my guess too. I do hope so & I hope the good changes trend continues. Nice to hear something positive about the place.

We grabbed dinner there last week. It was kinda crazy, and there are still parents who have no control over their kids allowing these children to touch food and not take it.

The service was good. Food was replaced quickly. There was a good variety.

 

hope so, cause my ds loves this place and we go at least once every 2 months, so we shall see if the trend continues

 

It had no where to go but up!! That place was a dirty and yeah the service was ok but the food was horrible. The manager was worthless the night I went, he was actually arguing with at least 3 different customers.

I am glad your experience was good but I won't be going back.

 

They didn't happen across it....I sent it to them with the title,

"Reasons why local school won't do spirit nights"

In response to your comments I know the Manager of the Pizza Inn, it doesn't seem like it is in his character to do something like that on purpose. Did it ever come across to you that maybe he did not see you,and was in a hurry to get somewhere.(Just a thought) All of my experiences have been good since the new Manager has been there. It's always clean,pizza always out and friendly staff. The Manager has always stopped at our table to speak with us and check on the food and service. Maybe you should make sure you get your story straight before you say anything negative towards such a good place to eat.
