50 is going to be a HUGE mess sooner than later with all the new hoods being planned.

 

Real estate transactions in yesterday's Herald include the following:

South Breeze Mobile Home Park, Inc., to Son-Lan Development Co., Inc., 19.663 acres, $625,000.

Craven A. Langston and Mae W. Langston to Son-Lan Development Co. Inc., 21.43 acres, $625,000.

 

Mobile palaces? wow. Who would have thunk it?

 

don't count on it. they want it for something else. i bet the tenants get letters in less than 90 days...

 

But of course. They probably have already started building something on at least one of these newly acquired properties even.
