Just to confirm - yes, if you win a prize that you can't use yourself you can definitely give it to someone else. Just make sure you follow the instructions that are e-mailed to you when you get a winning ticket so that the prize can be properly claimed. Scratch on!

 

Another day of batting zero. This game is rigged against me. No chance at all. Today one of my scratch cards had the same number (19) on the card twice. Mr. Webbie, how can that be? I believe the game is a hoax. Maybe all us losers need to hire us a "good old boy" Johnston County lawyer for a class action suit. I bet we could get us some big money for punitive damages? I believe we have a better case than the accuser in the recent Smithfield Barbecue gay/straight guy case. LOL

Random number generation! The two match numbers and the four scratch off numbers are all generated randomly against an odds table. So it is possible for duplicate numbers to occur.

Instead of a class action suite can we just settle this with Judge Judy? :lol:
