Frogger, if your doctor doesn't know what's causing that, he/she needs to make a referral. Now! One thing that can cause that kind of fluid retention is congestive heart failure, I hope they've checked for that at least by now. Take care of yourself.

Why did I spend $10 at Jersey Mike's for a regular sub, chips, and drink when I could have spent the same $10 and had a bunch of fresh sushi that would have been better for me?

I am not sure. You could have gotten the tempura crunchy shrimp roll sushi for $6.19 at Harris Teeter. And its super yummy. ;) And had enough $$ left for a peice of fruit to go with it.

    0. Water and Chicken bullion cubes (5)
    1. Boil some chicken & above
    2. Cut up Carrots and Celery
    3. Remove Chicken to cool
    4. Strain the chicken crud out of your broth
    5. Strain the broth AGAIN
    6. Put broth into another pot (remember the other pot is dirty from boiling the chicken)
    7. Add some water and bring to a boil
    8. Add veggies you cut up
    9. Add Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Salt, Pepper, Basil
    10. Burn the hell out of your fingers while picking the chicken apart into little pieces
    11. Add chicken to big pot with veggies
    12. Taste (add water and more spices if needed)
    13. Taste again
    14. Add No Yolks Noodles that you've boiled in another pot
    15. Taste again (add more spices if needed)
    16. Eat

    Then you're done!
