Anyone been to Crossroads @ McGee's? I need a chiro and started seeing another one. I really like the doctor, but I don't like the treatment. I'm used to more hands-on, not: get hooked up to a machine and then snap, crackle, pop, go home. I think I saw the last doc for about 5 min total.
    TIA

If you don't mind driving to Benson, Dr. Lee at Lee Chiropratic may be the one for you. He lives in the McGees Xroads area, but his practice is in Benson. Very nice guy.

Oxendine Chiropractor is good too....behind Food Dog, across from the Clubhouse, right beside the little card shop.

    highly recommend her.

I am interested to hear what methods various chiropractors use. How much time does he/she spend with you during a typical visit? Do you get hooked to a machine like "Ginger" mentioned?

The chiropractor in Dr Lanes building is Dr. Seay. I'm a patient of his and each visit he has spent a good amount of time with me and my complaints. He is also very hands on. I know he has a lot of different stuff he does that's not common to this area compared to the other chiros I've been to around here. I know he has a website explaining all of his different treatments. Good luck!

We go to Dr. Roccos at Elite Chiropratics on 70 in those new shops going toward Smithfield from Clayton. She and her staff are great and she is hands on and really cares about her patients. She also took the time to be my son's mentor for his senior project.

Dr. Seay spends the time to get to know you and learns how to treat you. Since everyone's body is different there is not only one way to treat someone.

Love Dr. Williams at Crossroads Chiropractic. The office manager, Suzanne is so nice and Dr. Williams is so personable. My daughter had headaches everday for 6 months. We tried everything from migraine medicine, allergy medicine, to MRI's and everything else a regular doctor could try. In the first week of seeing Dr. Williams, she stopped having headaches, and has only had 3 in the last 2 months. Tell them Dana said to try him out. You will really like them alot.

Does anyone know the name of the new chiropractic office at exit 319? I've heard they're good and take BCBS ins. Thanks!

Dr. Schneider in the Food Lion shopping center at 312 is FANTASTIC!!! And you are talking to one major skeptic here. I was supposed to be getting surgery on my back for my nerves. Surgery was the next step. My hands/ arms were going numb. Tought I'd give a chiropractor a shot at it. Dr. Schneider was very detailed in initial exam, explained everything and uses the activator method, which I love. I no longer have numbness, my back no longer aches all the time, my stress levels are more under control and I have not had a headache in ages. This is SO well worth it for your health. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Schneider.

    Take care,

I was a skeptic too, especially when it comes to sending my daughter in to get cracked. I even said that to Dr. Williams when we went in the first time, but he is awesome. And, they are expanding their office, and I think he is hoping to have more services available in the future. I highly recommend Crossroads Chiropractic.
