Riding his bike near his home at 3:24 AM ... hmmm ... sounds like there is more to this story.

That's a street over from my Mom. I went to school with him. Usually he cruises around on a battery powered wheel chair. He was in an accident that left him partially paralyzed years ago. I've seen him on a mo-ped. He uses the cane so he doesn't fall over when he stops as well as an ambulatory aid.

    3:24 am... Could be anything...

My mom's neighborhood has gone straight to hell in the last ten years.

Alot of those canes ae made of aluminium. Might be worth a buck or 2 @ the recycling yard.

I'd keep an eye out for it there.

Sorry, misread the quote. For some reason I thought the victim was blind.

What makes you think he was blind? He was riding his bike, knew that there were two people who were black and the vehicle they were in was a truck and was green.

If I were to offer an opinion, I would say he was probably on his was back from a bar.

Sorry, my response was way off base. For some reason I thought the victim was blind. I obviously misread the post or was asleep. Your opinion is probably more accurate.

"I am not saying this to be a smart alec or to be funny but if he is blind it would make no difference what time he is out riding a bike and there would be less traffic for him if he was out for exercise that early in the morning."

LMAO - Reminds me that I heard Stevie Wonder once offered to play golf with Tiger Woods for $10,000.00 a hole with winnings going to the winners choice of a charity. Tiger Woods agreed and asked what time the match would start. Stevie Wonder replied tonight at 8:00 PM.
