Car remote replacement

    Anyone have to get car remote replacement? I don't know if I should get ripped off and go to the dealer or go to a locksmith. There isno chip in the key its jsut a remote to lock/unlock/panic button. Thanks

    Is it a factory remote or was it an after-market install?

    Did you check the battery in the clicker thingy?

    I checked the battery and replaced it. I just called Capital Ford its going to cost $45.
