No contractors, not even Prince Telecom...... they just do not have the tools and the know how that the TW cable guys with the TWC Van have,,,,, and right now, Cleo needs this problem addressed once and said and done right the first time....Sorry clif.....
Yes, I agree you are sorry. I personally know people at Prince Telecom. They have the equipment, the knowledge and the expertise.
Well when we upgraded to Digital w/phone and RR, they sent them and they sucked. They couldn't even explain RR to me and couldn't get the phone to work properly?? I called TWC as they were pulling out of the driveway and luckily a real TWC person (woman) came within the hour and got me all fixed up.
Exactly, but I still don't put it past that cable is so great, because 15 years ago when we had Johnston County Cable, it sucked, and you really aren't left with a choice, so we switched to satellite, and have now decided to try the cable again, now that it was sold and revamped, and it really still sucks... and much more expensive than satellite....,but what other options are there that are affordable,,,, probably none,,,, just had my rr high speed internet fixed by them also, it was their problem,,, was a glitch in the line.. it never ends with them,,,,,
