Help!? Does any one have the order sheet from their kids pics? I need to return ours and in my haste, i think I tossed the 'sheet' that came with them. It has the address for refunds printed on it. (not on the site, I checked) ds1 looks steel jawed saying cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese. And ds2's pics have some one else's name printed on them. :roll:

You can return school pictures?! Because... what's the point of them writing on the form in BOLD PRINT. Name will be printed EXACTLY AS WRITTEN. Please check for correct spelling etc. Then they should have put the entire name on there that I wrote. Right? It was within the limit of allowed letters. :roll:
Yes ma'am. They printed James on my son's pics ... it's not James. Their pay before you see them policy is a crock anyway ... Last year when spring came around I sent the kids in with camo shirts and picked a green back ground. I knew I wasn't going to keep them so there was no point in trying. (these were see then pay) They turned out great. I had kept the first, paid for, set. They weren't bad, but they weren't good either. :neutral:
The last two from them, while not "awful" have not been anything to write home about either. I hate paying for them before I see them.
