We went to Meadow lights on Saturday night, it was alot of fun! I remember going to ML about 10 years ago and there was several houses set up. This time around, it was just the two houses and then the big "field" of lights. Are the surrounding houses not participating anymore or did they all just set up in the field?
i know that one of the houses that use to be in it awhile back, the old man died and his wife doesnt do anything for the lights anymore.
We went for the first time last year and there were a lot of houses on the way to the lights that were lit up really nice. Maybe they just haven't done it yet this year? I hope they do, I want to go next weekend and love showing the kids all the lights!
Just got back from there, it was a lot of fun. The kids and grownups alike enjoyed the train ride, and the candy store. The detour is well marked, you won't have any trouble finding the place at all. Train tickets and carousel tickets are $2.00. You can buy tickets in the candy store, so if you go there first, that's one less line to stand in.
