West View in Lockdown today????

It seems to me the parents are entitled to know what's going on at their child's school. I can't believe no one has called the school administration and gotten a straight answer.

 

Rumour and speculation is much more fun than boring old facts.

 

I agree. I want to know if anything like this happens at my daughters school. Even if its a just to be safe sittuation. I remember a few years back my niece was at Mcgees ele. and one of the teachers was in trouble for plotting to kill her daughter n law. My brother said they found out on the news. If a teacher was accused of plotting a murder they should have sent letters home made phone calls not let all the little kids hear about it on the news.That way the parents could have tried and explained it to the kids. My niece was very upset she new that lady. ( or thought she new that lady)

 

For those of you that don't have phones or don't have the ability to dial numbers to the respective schools... this is what was reported (in bold) by the sheriffs that held a meeting Friday afternoon at WV. They were in lockdown for about 30 mins at Westview. Sis-in-law is an administrator at WV, so this is second hand info.
