I should be in an awesome mood today, because...

1. I've got 5lbs. of pork roast in two crockpots cooking, so I can make a butt load of bbq for a dinner party at my house tonight!

2. I'm working from home until 11:00 am tomorrow, where I have to drag my rear to my departmental Christmas Party at Charlie Goodnights to play "dirty santa"

3. DH and I have taken Monday off...to ummmm...yeah finish Christmas shopping!:mrgreen:

 

Party at sb's....I'll bring the slaw!
Monday will be a great weather day for ... um ... shopping!

That wind out there today is bit-ter.

I gotta make the slaw, cause mine is the bomb! Secret, put little bits of cut up tomatoes in it...along with other ingredients, and only Duke's mayo!

It is CHILI today, had to run to big lots at lunch, just love that place!

 

never heard/thought of maters in the slaw. will have to make a note to remember to try that one, thanks.

Yep, luckily there is one about 5 minutes from my office, here in Durham. Girl, I got me a Rowenta Iron for $29.00 the other week!
